Originally published in Marvel's Epic magazine in the 80's. Epus is an antiwar story and typical of most of Pepe Moreno's war related work. It depicts the conflict between humans and their self imposed gods. It's curious to note the similarity to the movie "300"-and the graphic treatment of the mythical part of the story- given that it preceded the movie by more than two decades.

“A successful mix of genres, written in chick-lit style and drawing upon travel guide, memoir, essay, and first-person narrative, indicates that this is a book for younger women who enjoy big city life with its fashion, shopping, and dating. The author is a competent and amusing writer, making it easy for other curious readers to jump in, as well as having a reflective and delightfully humorous eye for the subject-matter. The book is comparable to Candace Bushnell’s Sex and the City, 2000. I find Korsholm more exciting.”
