I'm not sure where the attraction lies but for reasons I do not quite understand I can help it but to love even the loose lines that do not seem to belong anywhere. Of course there's no accident to all of this (except perhaps for Franklin Booth happy accident of mistaking engravings for hand illustrations) and the like is pretty universal.
