AMUSEDOM is a worldwide, user-driven, language-independent, publishing network, created by artists to serve artists. A world community self–publishing network, with integrated technology formatted to meet the highest professional and technological standards and a revenue oriented business model to enable the artist to carve a career path and a future of their own.

It’s all really up to you! You need neither publisher nor permission of any kind. YOU own the rights to your own creations. In fact, you ARE the publisher. The users are your audience, and the audience is the only judge and critic. Just create, network with friends and build an audience. Amusedom provides the venue, the social network, the technology and the path to your own revenue stream. There are no technological limits to your own fame and fortune…no excuses either, you are only limited by your own talent. Amusedom is YOUR network…

AMUSEDOM IS YOU!!

About Me / Us / Company
Hello my name is Mark R. Bernal. I'm a 15 year veteran in the video game industry and have worked as an Art Director and Senior Art Lead for Microsoft, Bungie Software, and Wideload Games.

While at Microsoft I managed one of two art teams creating games for the XBOX game console.

While at Bungie I helped create the games:
- Marathon II: Durandal
- Myth: The Fallen Lords
- Myth II: Soulblighter

I attended the Joe Kubert School of Cartoon and Graphic Arts and the American Academy of Art in Chicago.

I am currently developing my graphic novel "Parallaxium" and the interactive puzzle comics "One Strange Way", and "Helen In Hades".

Hello hannah, Thanks for adding me to your friend list! Amusedom has a lot of potential. It would be great if we could build a strong artist community here with fans who frequent the site to check out various artists' work. It will take time, persistence is the key.

Hi Mark,
That's a great upbeat, optimistic approach. I agree with you but I don't have the drive to persist at this point in my career. I need instant feedback. Not getting any younger waiting to be discovered! :))But so far I see the talent on this site is impressive. We will check in on each other again, right? :)

I recently read that many of the publishers at C2E2 were finally taking digital seriously. We are at the point where if you are a publisher without a digital strategy you should crank up your car and go home.
